*** Friday, 14 October
9:00 am SLT – CogniCon presentation @ Nonprofit Commons – Namaara MacMoragh (G Ronnie Kraegel) shares the motivation for the BEST CogniCon, and highlights the value of partnerships in the metaverse and how they impact the quality of life for all participants.
10:30 am SLT – BEST PEER Circle – Your success as a facilitator depends on engaging others. Learn about our BEST facilitator tool to empower groups.
NOON SLT – DJ Anj @ Etopia Farmers Market – Dance to great tunes while spending time with friends and colleagues.
2:00 pm SLT – Myths & Misconceptions of Autism – Existential Conundrum (Heather Wiech-Barnes) shares the top myths about Autism in a discussion-style format.
3:30 pm SLT – Climate Change, Brain Change – Climate change is affecting how we live today and what the future could look like. Rising temperatures and diminishing resources dramatically impacts our health and well-being, but did you know it dramatically impacts brain function? Learn more as we explore what’s happening and what we can do about it. Namaara MacMoragh and Fate Paule facilitate this discussion.

10:00 am SLT – Authentic Avatar – Zinnia Zauber (Renne Emiko Brock) – What do your colors say about you and your superpowers? How does color communication help create an authentic avatar and help you comfortably engage with others as part of a virtual community? Join us as resident artist and Superhero, Zinnia Zauber, guides us through an exploration of the power of color communication and the evolution of human intelligence, artists, and superheroes.
11:00 am SLT – Avi Spa Day – Join Exi & Chezz as they share tips and tricks to creating the perfect Second Life avatar for your metaverse experience.
